Report a money market fund and income produced by the fund in Schedule A. For You, Your Spouse, And Your Dependent Children Schedule AReport a money market fund if the value of the fund was more than $5,000 at the end of the reporting period, or if the fund produced more than $200 in income during the reporting period. Block A: Provide the exact name of the fund (e.g., write “Fidelity Cash Reserves,” do not write only “Fidelity” or “Fidelity money market fund”). Block B: Report the value of the fund by marking the appropriate column. EIF: Just to the right of Block B is a column identified as “Excepted Investment Fund” (EIF). Mark this “Excepted Investment Fund” column. Block C: Report the total amount of income produced during the reporting period by marking the appropriate “Amount” column. You do not need to mark a type of income because, as an exception to the normal rule, you do not need to indicate the type of income whenever you identify an asset as an excepted investment fund.
