Executive Branch Agency Ethics Pledge Waivers

Executive Order 13770 (Jan. 28, 2017), which revoked and superseded Executive Order 13490 (Jan. 21, 2009), requires that every full-time political appointee sign an Ethics Pledge. Copies of any waivers granted pursuant to Executive Order 13770 are provided to the head of the agency in which that person is or was appointed to serve. Copies of the waivers granted pursuant to Executive Order 13490 are available on the Special Reports page in the annual reports on Executive Order 13490.
