Video Presentation: “Benchmarking Your Ethics Program”

August 30, 2018

Do you know how your ethics program resourcing compares to other agencies of similar size?  In this 60-minute broadcast we’ll share data from the Annual Agency Ethics Program Questionnaire that you can use to benchmark your program against similarly-sized agencies.  We’ll discuss key ratios such as the ratio of full-time employees to full-time equivalent ethics officials, the ratio of 278s and 450s to ethics officials, and the ratio of employees required to receive training to ethics officials.  During the presentation, we’ll discuss how you can use these ratios to assess and strengthen your ethics program.
